Used, In good condition. 2015-07 Ford F150 Left Headlamp Assembly with Head Bulbs included. This a great alternative to the new one from Ford @ $1152. plus tax. This headlamp has normal wear & tear, and some plastic stress cracks you can see in the picture. These stress cracks are cosmetic and do not interfere with the structural quality of the headlamp. Most, if no all plastic headlamps on all cars have some of these, it is not uncommon.
This is a great alternative, Ford Factory, for a fender bender, company truck, speedy repair.
